Since 2016, OLEA Olive Oil has been dedicated to one simple idea: bring the health and flavor of the Aegean olive, honestly and carefully, from tree to table. Our oils have always started with the fruit itself — hand-selected, promptly processed, and never rushed.
Now we’re extending that same philosophy to the olive in its purest, most traditional form: the table olive.
Launching in 2028, the OLEA Table Olives collection will bring four distinct expressions of Aegean olives to your table, packed in the same spirit of quality and authenticity that has defined OLEA since day one.
What’s Coming
Traditional Black Olives
Naturally cured and left to develop their deep, mellow character over time — the olive as generations of Aegean families have known it.
Mediterranean Green Olives
Firm, bright, and briny, picked at just the right moment to capture that clean, grassy freshness green olives are loved for.
Spiced Chili Green Olives
Our green olives with a confident kick — a nod to the herbs and heat of Mediterranean cooking, for those who like their table olives with a bit of attitude.
Kalamata Olives
Rich, dark, and almond-shaped, cured the classic way for the deep, wine-like flavor this variety is famous for around the world.
Why Table Olives, Why Now
The olive branch has symbolized peace since antiquity; the olive tree, planted once, can feed generations. At OLEA, we’ve always believed the olive deserves to be treated with that same respect — not rushed, not over-processed, just handled with care from harvest to jar.
Table olives are, in many ways, where it all begins: the same Aegean groves, the same careful hands, the same commitment to quality that goes into every bottle of our oil. It felt like a natural next step to share that experience in its most direct form.
A Note on Craft
Just as we control every stage of our olive oil production — supervised sourcing, prompt processing, careful storage — our table olives will follow the same discipline. Selected from quality producers across the Aegean region, each variety will be cured and prepared to preserve its natural character, without shortcuts.
Stay Tuned
We’re taking our time to get this right, because that’s how OLEA has always worked. Follow The Olive Journal for updates as we get closer to the 2028 launch — including which delis and retailers will carry the collection, and how you can be among the first to taste it.
